Mikhail Garmash was born in Ukraine. For a long time he lives and works in Russia, St. Petersburg. Before he started making pipes, he changed a lot of hobbies until he saw smoking pipes. Each person is looking for something to do in which they can reveal their talents and show their sense of the harmony of the world. He always liked hand crafting and thoughtful hard work. Started smoking and making pipes when he was 25 years old in 2016. At first, he made pipes as a hobby, but in 2018 became a fulltime pipemaker. Gradually, the necessary equipment, experience, and self-confidence were acquired. One year he worked and studied with Andrey Grigoriev. Mikhail is inspired by the works of two great pipe masters Victor Yashtylov and Mikhail Revyagin. But they are not the only ones. He looks after many masters whose works he can see. He has a desire for his work to bring pleasure to people. To the future buyer and also to all those who will see it.
